Hi Maria
I don't know if it is any help but one of my relative's certificates only
appears in the church records and apparently was never registered in the
Civil records, so maybe only a search of local churches will produce the
certificate
Good Luck!!
Jenny

Subject: [FLN] MABELLA GRIFFITHS - MOLD
My family tree has led me to a MABELLA GRIFFITHS born circa 1835 if going
by
her age on census and her place of birth she was born in Mold
Flintshire.
She married a JAMES VAUGHAN although I can not find their marriage
certificate. On the 1881 census and his daughter's birth cert' his
profession is tailor.
I have the couple's daughter's birth certificate showing an ELIZABETH
MABELLA
VAUGHAN born 1874 at Abbey Buildings, Chester.
I have found Mabella & James with their children on the 1881 census living
in
Lancashire. In the 1901 census Mabella is a widow living in
Manchester.
Any information on this woman would be greatly appreciated, even the
tiniest
amount of help!
Regards,
Maria.
