Hi Gill
It's definitely Abel Williams with wife Hannah (they married at
Ysceifiog in 1853, and remained there until they died in 1897 and 1893
from what I can gather from later census info. Abel's age is consistent
(40 in 1871 / 50 in 1881 / 60 in 1891) and place of birth given as
Halkyn / occupation normally miner.
Don't recognise the name Phillips anywhere. This is a Williams / Buly
line I'm looking into
