Dear Phil and fellow BULKELEY researchers;
I found a few nore references in my notes today.
The following all come from FHL film #0104789, Bishop's Transcripts for
Holywell Parish Church from 1818-1848:
Baptism: page 286 no. 2295 November 5, 1840 Hugh, son of Thomas and
Ann BUCKLEY, Milur, occ. miner, by A.D. Gardner, vicar
Burial: page 34, Maria BUCKLEY, abode Bagillt, buried August 7, 1832
by J. Blackwell, curate.
Burial: page 205 no. 1639 Elizabeth BUCKLEY, abode Bagillt, buried
July 21, 1837, age 12 years, by A.D. Gardner, officiating minister.
Marriage: William Phabby, widower OTP and Jane BUCKLEY, widow
OTP married by banns on January 19, 1835 by James JONES curate
William PHABBY (x) his mark Jane BUCKLEY (signed)
witnesses: John DAVIES (signed) and Sarah HUGHES (x) her mark
note: found on page 1 of 1835 Marriages.
This will be all the BULKELEY and variant references until I have
finished reading the film for Whitford Parish Church. I did not find
any BUCKELEY families on the non-conformist church registers which I
reviewed.
Phil, perhaps once I get my PARRY and JONES links sorted out, I may find
your grandmother who was a PARRY. I am amazed at how many PARRYs
married JONES family members. It seems like nearly half of the
marriages were that connection.
Kindest regards,
