I am new to these lists ... but would like to learn more about my family from Wales. This is what I have so far. I would like to know if I still have family in the area, and how they are connected to the tree. Also, there are several gaps in this information that I would like to fill in. Looking forward to hearing from someone. Surnames: EDWARDS, LLOYD, PRYDDERCH, WALKER

Hello,
I would be grateful for some help in finding this family. I think they
were in either CORWEN or RUABON at the time of the 1841 and 1851
censuses.
The family consisted of James COLLINS and, presumably, his wife but I do
not know her name, and his sons John born 1835 in Corwen and
Enoch born 1837 in Corwen or Ruabon (his birthplace changes in later
censuses).
By 1861 both the sons were in Monmouthshire and, according to John's
marriage certificate, James COLLINS had died by July 1859.
Will someone with access to these censuses look up this family please?
Thank you
Marjorie

Looking for info on JAMES PEACOCK and sons:JAMES & THOMAS in Flint. I know
Thomas was a butcher in Pentrobin area 1829 and had his kids there 1814-1832.
His father,JAMES was a glazier 1791-1796 in Chester. I am hoping to find
them all in Flint 1796-1835. Thought they might be in trade directory. They
also had a sister,ANN and JANE PEACOCK. THANKS<Lilabeth USA
Hi again,
I had an unexpected quiet period so had a look for your James
Catherall or his father, Edward, but no luck - it is a little late for
my collection really as it really covers the 18th century and the
first two thirds of the 19th century. You could get back to me when
you know who Edward's parents were, as I'm sure they'll be lurking in
there somewhere. Best wishes, Natalia.

Hi Tom,
I'm really busy with visitors for the next couple of days but I have a
fairly comprehensive collection of Catheralls from the area which I'll
trawl through to find James and his family.
In the meantime, Bistre lies between Hawarden and Mold on the
outskirts of what is now part of Buckley in Flintshire, North Wales.
Catch you a bit later, Natalia.
