<snipped>
The father, JOHN PRITCHARD was stated to be a BUTCHER AND FARMER in
NANT- Y-
LLADRON . I have absolutely no idea if this is a village, an area or a farm?
can anyone help me with this or tell me where I could find out. I know no
Welsh (I'm Scottish!) so don't know if it means anything particular in
English?
Basically I am hoping someone can help me discover where I go next?
Thanks for ANY help
Mary

There are several streams named 'Nant y Lladron' (The Stream of the
Thieves/Robbers) in North Wales. They are in isolated spots and seem
unlikely to have a local dwelling of the same name.
There is farm/small-holding called Nant-y-Lladron (SH969610) on the
west side of the A543 from Bylchau to Pentrefoelas.
