Anyone have this lady in their records?
Name: Louisa HUGHES
Born: Wrexham about 1870.
Married: Alfred Edward M NEWBATT :1901 (3/Q) Portsmouth.
Address in Dec 1902 = 3 Watery Rd., Wrexham, when she gave birth to my
wife's father, Edward Marshall Maynard NEWBATT
1901 Census records her as a Saleswoman Draper, living in Portsmouth.
On their son's birth cert., Alfred Newbatt is described as an Engine Room
Artificer (RN). No other on-line record of him yet found.
Any help gratefully appreciated.
