I also wanted to know when Ruabon would be included with the 1851 census. I
contacted them in October last year and received this response.
Dear Roger,
We appreciate your message.
Fixes to errors on
Ancestry.com are posted firstly in the order of
those
which affect the greatest number of users, and thereafter in the order in
which they are reported. For this reason, fixes for some errors may take
longer than others to be posted.
If there is anything else with which we might assist you, please let
us
know.

I thought a part missing from the census was an error that should be
afforded a high priority as it "affects the greatest number of users". I
contacted Ancestry again and received the following.
Dear Roger,
We appreciate your message.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
There is currently no way telling how long the information may take to
get
put on the site. However, we have submitted the information for it to get
corrected.
If there is anything else with which we might assist you, please let
us
know.

I don't know what the answer is. It may be down to how many people want
Ruabon included in the 1851 census and ask Ancestry what is happening about
it. As Justin wrote, "If there is anything else with which we may assist
you, please let us know".
Hope this helps.
Roger

Hi,
Ancestry does not have the 51 census for Ruabon. I wrote to Ancestry
concering this in November last year, but they don't appear to know where
Ruabon is, and don't want to know. All I received was a string of ignorant
responses, culminating in their standard response "Thank you for your
email".

Good luck

I am trying to find the parents of Edward Williams.

I've looked on
ancestry.com, but for the 1851, I can't find
anyone living
in Ruabon, which seems odd- was Ruabon called something else in the 1851
census, or am I missing something?
