cecil was born in the district of Barton at stoke on tern which was in shropshire and the
borders have changed his parents were charles henry oldham (engineer) born in Hulme
manchester and his mother was Fanny Goodall she must have been widowed when cecil was
quite young as by the 1891 census she was living with her parents and is down as a widow
her parents were thomas & mary Goodall (farmers)in shropshire, this is a good county
to be looking as they have a free email look up service

her father was an accountant he was born in Belper Derbyshire.
hope all this helps i am assuming both of them would have died in th 1960's/70's
as i dont think the deaths have been transcribed yet.
