information on David. If there is anyone with information regarding David & Elizabeth
please get in touch. We are decendants of Tydyr Ffoulkes one of their sons and we have
yet to discover his wife's name and family.
I would also like to trace a Llorwarch Ffoulkes who married an Anne Salusbury I believe
to be the grand-daughter of Catherine of Berain who could have had connections to our
family.
You have evidently been looking at many of the key sources to have carried your research
back as far as you have. (It would be interesting to know where you found the family best
covered.) I suspect that pursuit of the questions you raise would require current access
to offline (paper) sources at the NLW -- access which I do not have.
A quick check on ISYSweb brought up a hit for Llowarch Foulkes and his son John settling
property on 13 March 1693/4: NLW Coed Coch no. 1660 (catalogued in part 2 of the
schedule). Probably more in there. But such refs. are likely to be already familiar to
you.
NLW Wynnstay MSS 143-4 is a pedigree book that has good coverage of the various branches
of the Salusbury/Salesbury family and might well show the marriage you mention.
