Hi
I am new to this list and am searching for Thomas ROWLAND b. abt. 1805 in
Wrexham. This from the 1851 Chester census which also shows his wife as
Sarah age 50 and born in Hope, Flint, so I would also appreciate any info,
on the marriage. All of their children were born in Chester.
Thank in advance for anybody that is able to help me.
Barry Baker.

I'm researching the Jones family who ran the George and Dragon pub Brymbo circa 1810 to 1910. William Jones (1781 - 1835) and Alice Jones (1786 - 1859) had approx. 9 children and I'm descended from their son John born 1825, but am trying to trace the descendants of their 3 eldest daughters, namely Jane born 1811, Mary born 1813 and Elizabeth born 1816.
Jane may have married William Roberts, however I've been unable to find a marriage to support this.
Mary may have married Thomas Shone at St. Giles, Wrexham 1/12/1834.
I'd appreciate any information on this family, including data on William and Alice's ancestors.

Hello List,
I am having a very hard time finding any information on my 3rd great grandfather David Lloyd Williams. He was born in Henllan, Denbighshire in 1833 to David Williams (Farmer). He was married to Matilda Barton Redfern in 1856 in Lancashire, England. Their marriage record says his father is David Williams occupation farmer. The problem I am having is there is a whole lot of Williams in Henllan at this time. I beleive I found his baptism 1 March 1833 in Henllan. Parents David Williams & Jane. I really need some proof of who his parents are before I can trace any further. Since David's middle name is Lloyd I am thinking his mother's last name might be Lloyd. I notice there are quite a few Lloyds living in Henllan in 1841. In the 1841 census in Henllan I did find a David and Jane Williams with a son David Williams born around 1833 living on a farm called Greenfield. I am hoping to find a will for his father David Williams or some kind of proof. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Charles Thompson
