Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb
I'll try that Maggi, sounds a good idea, 'The Chirk Trumpet' 'Wrexham
Herald' ? I'll find them.
Regards
Graham

Hi,
Have returned to Denbighshire rootsweb as I now have further information on my Great Aunt , Dorothy Allard, but am still seeking further information. 1901 Census for Brynkinalt Lodge, Chirk (St Mary's) would be appreciated to see if the family are still all living there, Dorothy, Harold, Bertram, Florence and Elizabeth & Percy Allard their mum and dad.
Information on Dorothy and Edwards wedding at St Mary's, Chirk on 11 July 1918. He was a Canadian soldier who returned for the war, his brother Arthur was killed in the war. Not sure if the Abrahams were local or not. His Aunt and a sister were living in Canada!
Dorothy and Edward went to Canada on the Olympic from Southampton on the 10 May 1919.
Dorothy and her sister Florence went away to a good school when they lived at Chirk ??
Dorothy was a nurse during the Great War Years - Where ??
Any assistance or advice would be most appreciated.
Thanks
Graham Allard
