Hi,
Where were you thinking of purchasing it from as I'm interested in a copy
(another area) for my self.
I recently purchased some cd's from Herefordshire FHS for the 1851 and 1891
census's of Herefordshire. The information was in several text formats to
import into various programmes (for non Microsoft users), also included the
standard Excel spreadsheet programme.
All the info was indexed, however what would have been useful would be
occupation, relationship to head of family and the address of the dwelling
occupied at the census date. Sadly none were included.
Hope the above was of some help.
Steve

Subject: 1851 cdrom
We are considering buying the cdrom of the 1851 census for Brecknock. Can
anyone tell us if:-
(a) it is indexed
(b) it is digitised or a copy of the microfilm
(c) it is possible to make print-outs
Thanks
