The Ordnance Survey employs the spelling "Abercynrig" on its Landranger
sheet 160.
Abercynrig appears to be a farm situated close to where Afon Cynrig
flows into the river Usk. Also nearby is Abercynrig Mill. Both are in
the parish of Llanfrynach.
Grid references:
Abercynrig - SO070270
Abercynrig Mill - SO067266
Choose the "Landranger grid" option at the Streetmaps website (
www.streetmap.co.uk/ ), then enter one of the above coordinates into the
search field. The relevant section of the OS Landranger map will be
displayed, showing Abercynrig.
