Neither of the ages are right, but that often happened between censuses.
In the second entry, it is hard to tell what the "Relationship to Head"
of 'st' is. It could either be sister or student, but she is a little
old for a student. That would mean in the second entry is she were a
sister, this family would be wrong because the father's name is Charles.
So as she married Thomas in 1852 in Llanelly, the first entry would be
the most likely as Llanelly is just the next parish over to the east.

Thomas Griffiths is proving a little harder. Can you tell me from the
1871 census if he was born Llanvihangel, Brecon OR Llanvihangel,
Monmouth? Can you also tell me the occupations of both father's from the
marriage certificate?
Then I can work a little further.
