Hi...Joyce
We all learn by asking questions?.... so I will ask you
What was Madalen's husband called?
I think I have found her on the 1901 census?
Magdalene Martin
57
Brecknock Brecon
Glamorgan
Ystradyfodwg
Confectioner
She is now living in Glamorgan, but I cannot confirm this as I would like
her husbands name and the age of Thomas Rees Martin to check
Best wishes....Jack

Subject: Monument Inscriptions
Okay... another silly question. (At least I'm sure I keep you all
entertained!) Are monument inscriptions the same thing that we (US) would
call cemetery or tombstone inscriptions? (I told you it was silly!) And...
would the booklets offered from the Parish Chest be helpful to me in
tracking down when and where my Martin & Thomas ancestors died? If so,
knowing what areas the Martin's and Thomas' come from, which might you
recommend for me? If not, what suggestion do you have since I have no idea
when or where any of them died?
Joyce
