Thanks Jack, I'm beginning to wonder if her mother went back home for the
birth, from over in England.

I'm trying to track down the family of Harriet Bevan, born approx
1828,
Hay,
Brecon. She married a Samuel Woodall in Dudley 21/5/1857 and was
living
in
Dudley, aged 32 at the time of the 1861 census ( where her birth
details
were taken from). I believe her father was called Thomas, possibly from
Gwenddwr. Her mother was said to have called Hannah Jones possibly married
at Llandefalle, 27 Apr 1827.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
