You may also want to do a search on-line for old & rare books. I have
purchased from both Tuttle and from McWilliams & Chee with good success.
They are both located in the US.
Some of the editions they have offered me were originals and photo copies
that are soft bound. Good luck.

I don't seem to be able to order this book as it is out of print so I sent a
request to a NZ bookshop who have found a secondhand copy.The problem is the
price, would anyone know if SIXTY NINE Pounds is a reasonable price.
I suppose it could be a Christmas present hmmmm.Such is the cost of
genealogy.
