Hello Aled, Here are the details of his birth, there are no other Llewelyn's
of any variants apart from the Bodwrog one registered anywhere near 1894, so
it is most likely him.
18-Aug 1894 at Trevadog Ferry, Holyhead, Llewelyn son of Elizabeth WILLIAMS
(no father or occupation of mother given)registered by Catherine THOMAS of
29 Baptist Street, present at the birth
However there is an entry in about the 5th book of Holyhead, St. Cybi's
baptisms
Entry No. 1561:- 26-Sep 1894, Llewellyn son of Thomas & Elizabeth WILLIAMS
(there is a small dash fairly well below the WILLIAMS) of Trefadog Ferry,
father was an engineer.
I hope this helps, if you want any more information, write to me off list.
Best wishes, Dave

Hi Dave
I have his ww1 mercantile marine medal which was in my fathers belongings
after he died, just a process of elimination really to find where he fits in
with the family. I have found a medal card for a LLewellyn Williams b1894
Holyhead, so this could be him.
kind regardsAled
