Take a shot at Bangor Catherdral. I have relatives the same years, from
the same area, they were married in the Bangor Catherdral.
Mine were John Forsyth/Margaret Owens. I don't know if she had a sister
Jane.
Good luck.

Hi All,
It's payday, and that means certificates. I'm down to my last few
meaningful
ones though, and there's one I just cannot find, and I'm wondering if
anyone
can apply a bit of lateral thinking to the problem.
Heres what I know:
Thomas Jones b.c. 1816 in Llanerchymedd (shoemaker)
Jane (Gaynor) Owens b.c. 1826 Beaumaris/Llanddona/Llangoed (depending
where
stated)
Eldest Child b. 22 May 1848 Llanerchymedd (Got birth cert)
So a marriage most likely 1845-47 in Anglesey.
The problem is, I can't see one in the indices anywhere. I tried via
Dafydd
Haynes on genfair, and he couldn't find them in his indices, though he did
also look at the civil registry, and came up with a possible in 1849, but
that's a touch too late.
Anybody got any ideas?
TIA,
Paul.
