I've had a look in the 71 census, but couldn't find him. The same for 61. However,
neither of these are complete as yet.
CAn you give us the information you have from the 81 census?, then we can works backwards
from there.

I don't have his occupation, which would be very useful. He may be the
John Griffith baptised 14 April 1827 at St Eleth, Amlwch. How do I go
about finding more details of the baptismal entry? e.g. names of
parents, addresses etc.
