I can help you with this. I have the microfiche for Llandegai. She
would have had to be registered. It was mandatory after 1837. Have
you called the records office in Bangor and spoken with Mrs. Thomas?
There is someone looking for Thomas from Tregarth on the CAE list. You
should join that list as that covers Llandegai.
Often, mother's went home to their parents to give birth. Do you know
when the parents were married? Have you found them on the census? I
can look at the census for you as I belong to
ancestry.com. Let me
know what help you would like.
Willing to help.

Looking for the baptism record of Elizabeth Ann Owen[s] . All I know

Have been unable
to locate the parents marriage,or Elizabeth Ann,s birth registration,
If they
did not register the birth hoping that I might glean some information
from a
baptismal or Bishop,s Transcript. Believe born Llandegai /Tregarth
area. The
other option is to see if Elizabeth Ann had any siblings, but have no
Idea
how to go about this.In the census there seems to be only the one
child
Elizabeth Ann. Any assistance would be very much appreciated. Alun.
