Hello Sam
The 1841 Census probably doesn't tell you much more than you already know :-
HO107/1358/6 folio 12 page 15
Rhosneigr
Robert JONES, 40, farmer, Y (born in county)
Catherine, 40, Y
Ann, 15, Y
John, 12, Y
Elizabeth, 9, Y
Owen, 7, Y
Margaret, 4, Y
Eleanor, 1, Y
This Census rounds down adults' ages (over 15) to the nearest 5 below, so
both Robert & Catherine could have been aged anything between 40 and 44.
Equally, Ann could have been anything between 15 and 19.
John, however, would have actually been 12, so doesn't appear to be the John
R JONES b1820 in your list?
The 1841 doesn't show relationships nor does it give place of birth - only
whether or not a person was born within the county ie Anglesey.
Best regards

Hi,
I am interested in finding out more about my 3G grandparents who lived in
Rhosneiger, Anglesey. Can someone check the 1841 census for me? I have
listed informatin on my 3G grandparents and their children.
Robert Jones, b. 1797 Aberffraw
Catherine Owen, b. 1797 Llanfaelog Parish, Anglesey
John R. Jones, b. 1820, Penydref, Anglesey
Ann Jones, b. 1831 Anglesey (my 2G grandmother)
Elizabeth J. Jones, b 1832, Penydref, Anglesey
Owen Robert Jones, b. 1834, Anglesey
William Jones, b.1837, Penydref, Anglesey
Ellen Ann Jones, b. 1839 Anglesey
Margaret Jones, b. Anglesey
Jane Jones, b. Anglesey
How would I go about finding out who Robert Jones, and Catherine Owens
parents were? Is Pendre the name of the house in Rhosneiger? How could I
find it when I go to Aberffraw and Rhosneiger?
How could I find out where Robert and Catherine's parents were buried?
Thank you very much.
