You need to check the original entry, to me it looks as if her name is
Dulcibel, Dulcibelle or Dulcibella shortened to Dulcie or Dulcy and
enumerators and transcribers have heard or read it wrongly. You give little
information, but in my index of the marriages of Anglesey 1837 to 1937 there
is only a Dulcy Parry marrying in Amlwch church in 1855. If this is the one,
let me know and I will send you details,
