Hi
I don't know much about this college but believe it was a forerunner of the
Normal Teacher Training College at Bangor Caernarvonshire. You should try
the Caernarfonshire list as the parish was Llanbeblig - that is today mainly
the town of Caernarfon. Church St is still there. I suspect someone on that
list might be able to help you

Subject: [AGY] Training College, Church Street, Llanbebig - Census 1861
Hi folks
I am new to this list.
I have found an Isaac FEATHERSTONE, whose family I am currently
researching,
on the Census 1861 as a student at the Training College at Llanbebig. The
College was run by a Robert Roberts, termed Certified Master.
Isaac was born September 1837 in Lastingham/Farndale, North Yorkshire.
The
POB was noted on the Census 1861.
I was writing to this list to ask whether anyone could provide any
details
of the College. What was it for, etc?
On the Census 1871 Isaac Featherstone was back in Farndale employed as a
Commercial Traveller/Draper.
