Many thanks for the St Cybi marriages, Aled, the last three of which
patently relate to artist Warren WILLIAMS' family.
The first is most intriguing, since when Hugh WILLIAMS (born c1828
Holyhead), son of farmer Hugh WILLIAMS of Bodwaren, married Margaret JONES
(born c1830 Llanfachraeth) on 7 October 1852 the bride's father was given as
William JONES, occupation miller.
The indications are that the Grace WILLIAMS of Bodwaren who married widower
William JONES, miller of Llanfachraeth in 1838, may have been Hugh's maiden
aunt - sister to his father Hugh WILLIAMS (born c1775 Holyhead)?
Best regards
Gordon
