I would be grateful on any information about a Richard Hughes of Greiglas, Llanallgo, who
on 9 December 1744 married Ann or Jane Lloyd at Llanallgo. They later lived at Traeth
Bychan, Llaneugrad.

I would be most grateful for any information about a John Hughes who farmed Talgwyn in
Pentraeth , and appears on the Land Tax Assessment during 1789-95. His wife was called
Agnes, which is quite an unusual name, so I would be most grateful if anybody could locate
their marriage.
During 1754-1788 a Hugh Owen farmed Talgwyn, and given the law of Welsh patronymics it
would make perfect sense for Hugh to be John's father, but more proof would be greatly
valued.
