Debie,
I try the address a couple times over a couple weeks myself (sometimes
people shut down their e-mail when they go on vacation), maybe I try a
list I know they are/were on, then, I 'un-link' the address on the query
page, and put a line saying something like "This e-mail address no
longer works. If anybody has contact with ____, please tell him/her to
contact me."

Hi,
I am writing to you for a little advice from the other county
coordinators. I try very hard to keep track of the submitters to keep their
up to date as far as e-mail addresses go. I have run across several that
change servers or something and the account becomes a dead account. What do
the rest of you do with the queries? Do you delete them or just leave them
there with a dead e-mail address or what do you all do?
Please sure your advice,
Thanks,
