That's what I do with some of my counties. I move the queries to an orphan
query page with the notice that if the person who posted it will send me a
valid address, I'll move it back with the regular queries. I also have a
page for queries that are sent in for reply by postal address only. I
suppose these are posted at some public institution such as a library when
the patron doesn't have email at home.
