Hi All,
I once again need your help. A gentleman posted to my deeds board
for Sheboygan County, however when I read the post, I noticed it did not
mention Sheboygan County in the posting. I wrote to him to verify this
information was for Sheboygan County, below is the letter I received in
response. As per his request, I have tried to locate the information for
him, but have discovered that Sheboygan county, although has the 16N part of
it, as my county covers from 13 north to 16 north, and from from 20 east to
22 east, this is not for my county. If anyone has the correct range for him,
would you please e-mail him to let him know. I figure that this may possibly
be either La Crosse or Monroe Counties, I am not possitive, so I am writing
to all of you in case someone has an idea of where this posting should go or
to at least tell this gentleman what county his ancestor purchased his land in.
Thank you again for your help,
Debie Blindauer
Dear Debie,
Thank you for your quick responce to my querry on Samuel Grummon. I picked up
the information I have from
Anceestry.com. Unfortunately I cannot find any
counties listed by name. I am guessing Sheboygan County because in the
township listing, first listing is 16N. According to my copy of "Land
andProperty Research" by E. Wade Hone pg 266 the only 16N is Sheboygan County.
If you can furnish any other information it will be deeply appreciated.
Bill

Dear Bill,
Was this land purchased in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin? If it is
indeed from Sheboygan county, so please let me know.
