I don't do anything about the out of date email addresses unless someone contacts me
and asks me to change them. I figure if they want to be contacted, it is their
responsibility to let me know of email address changes on their own. I don't want to
take an email address off of the site - or anything else - that has been submitted (and I
don't have the time to "baby-sit" the email addresses by trying them to find
out if they are still good)
Just my opinion, if anyone has a better idea, please share to the list.

How do people handle out of date email addresses on their surname or query pages? So far I
have only changed addresses when someone notified my that their address had changed, and
have not tried to check addresses to make sure they were current. But every now and then
another researcher tries to contact someone without success.
