Mari-
I very much appreciate all of your input and certainly don't feel you hve
stepped on anyones toes.
Ideas have to be kicked around to see what the idea entails and if it is
something for the WI project.
Thanks again and I do think a system of this type could work in WI.

This will be my last post on the subject.
I went back and reviewed the review form, and the reviewer instructions.
They state that the reviews audit the county sites to be sure they are
compliant with the IAGenWeb rules as laid out on the page that lists the
requirements for the county sites........so it's not just the compliance
with the USGenWeb rules, but those that IAGenWeb has formulated also. My
bad...and apologies for that.
I still feel that no matter how it's done, a review is good for everyone.
From the SC down to the CO-CC. It doesn't have to be such a stringent
thing that it makes working the sites a drudgery. As someone said, we ARE
volunteers.
I'm sorry if I have created a problem in bringing this up. I didn't
intend to step on any one's toes....I just was trying to help, and suggest
something that I value as a good system.
