CGI stands for "Common Gateway Interface"... In essence it's a programming
language which allows certain 'things' to happen...

PERL is one of the languages I use(d) but there ARE others...
I have a form 'handler' I use when someone submits a query to my county.
The form handler is a cgi script... You can do your coding using Word or
any text editor but you really can not 'test' your script easily unless you
have the right set-up. That's what the REAL programmers do... I just
dabble ;-)

Ok - for a really dumb question - what isCGI Scripting? I hope I am not the
