There is a Pre-1903 Death, Birth, and Marriage Index on microfilm which is at
most local libraries, if not, perhaps you can get it interlibrary loan? Also,
I am sending this to a couple mailing lists, and perhaps someone would be nice
enough to do a lookup for you in the near future. I live in California, so, no
can do...
