Rita,
Thank you. On this cold and sunny day in Maine, you made mine! You are all
terrific!

I am stumbling out of my cave on this cold sunny day with some
reflections.
There are very few state groups that work as well together as the
Wisconsin folks have learned to. This is my 4th year and much has,
is, and will change. Do was agree on everything? Heck no! We come
from feisty independent Wisconsin Pioneer stock. We have inherited
the proud individuality, sharp eye and keen mind that meant
successful survival to our ancestors, and brought us to new,
uncharted frontiers in the computer and internet worlds. We do
strongly share a passion for the freedom, goals and possibilities
presented to us. AND we have LEARNED and CHOSEN to work together,
accept, encourage and support each other, regardless of differences;
not to compete and compare. I have seen this many time, even when it
meant that a person had to take a few difficult, sometimes painful,
personal steps back in order for things to go forward. That is
kindness, courage, and care, unmatched. We have that well
established in this group. Other county groups do not. They are not
even close to seeing it happen for them. Hopefully they will find a
way to grow together. Let's enjoy what we have accomplished
together, set a good working roll model for what is possible, and
have patients. What we have is not accident. I am beyond words in
trying to say how proud I am of the WIGenWeb people.
