Well, I apologize. I used that phrase only because I was at a loss for
words to express what I meant. Should have explained better. In other
words, you gave the technical answer, but I gave one that was less than
that. This has NOT been a good week for me! :(
Rootsweb provides a great service to all of us that are list
administrators,
and they work very hard to keep us all abreast of issues. I can only trust.
Speculation is not productive.
I've backed Rootsweb, and was a sponsor for years. I have supported them
in many areas, including the HelpDesk as a volunteer.
It wasn't necessarily a speculation. Just a comment that it has been and
will be an ongoing problem till it's worked out somehow. When we receive
several bounces....as Debie mentioned, in abundance, there's little we can
do except delete the thing, and hope it corrects itself. Meaning that AOL
tech get the problem back to normal.
Sorry if I gave the wrong impression. My only excuse is a bad day in a bad
week.
