Anne-
That is a great idea! And it sounds like something other family members
might be interested in.
Please share any information you might develope or get on this.

Subject: [WIGEN] Questionnaire form for writing family histories...
Date: Sun, 18 Mar 2007 11:25:42 EDT
Good morning,
Every now and again I wake up with a great brainstorm idea... this
morning's one is actually a REALLY GOOD ONE -- I still think it's good and
it's 11
o'clock already...
What I want to do is send a generic, fill in the blank questionnaire out to
the cousins and ask them to fill it in to the best of their knowledge --
the
info will then be used to make a book(let) on my grandparents and their
children (the cousin's folks)... I'll ask them to include xerox photos,
recipes,
etc... but what I'm looking for is a standard questionnaire that I can
tweak to
fit the group...
Anyone have one? used one? anyone have success with this? I don't plan on
this being an all-consuming project... just compiling the data and maybe
take
it to Kinkos and have it assembled, etc.
Thanks,
Anne
