Hi,
I know there were a few issues with the names of the posters last I heard.
It partially has to do with the fact that when posting to the genweb board
we could use an alias/handle...the alias was different than the real name
you signed up with. When they transferred the names over they used the real
names instead of the handle.
I also read somewhere that they were having trouble with the system when
someone's email adress was no longer valid...so maybe there was a check done
and anyone who's mail bounced got their name removed.
The answer to both of these problems was "they are aware of the problem and
are working on it"
Hope that helps.

Hi All,
Has anyone else seen on their boards that some people do not have a link
associated with the posters name on some of the messages? One of my
readers
pointed this out to me on my Iowa County board
http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec?htx=board&r=rw&p=localities.nor...
ates.wisconsin.counties.iowa&o=1&maxrows=25&dir=next and I noticed it on
my
Dane County board as well.
Anyone have any info on this?
Thanks,
Peggy Perry
