Earlier this week I passed on a message that a fellow by the name of
Mike Romaine was offering to do lookups in the "History of Northern
Wisconsin, 1881" (see details of the book below). Well, Mike is still
standing by his offer (and is very happy with the responses that he has
received from his offer thus far), but he needs to let you all know that

change so early in the game, but says he does not make a common practice
of changing ISPs so this one will probably 'stick' for a while. He's
