Copyright does not normally apply to anything over 75
years old unless the organization renewed it - the
simplest way would be to request permission from the
State Historical Society - better yet, check and see
if it is already on-line at:
http://www.wisconsinhistory.org/
or not to put the entire article on line - rephrase it
and site the source - and make a note on the site
that it has been edited
