Now That makes more sense to me - grin - you go girl - Last I heard, Tina was going to do
a check this week - but I will forward your info below - so she can get on it faster -
grin.
I do agree that the WI Archives is messed up - but I don't think people understand it
is mirrored - You have to change it here:
http://usgwarchives.net/wi/wifiles.htm and
then it mirrors here: hmmm = maybe Tina fixed it already
When I try to go where it was, I get the Tombstone Project - wierd

Max,
I guess my reply about broken links was a bit vague. I was replying in
regards to Paula's email about the many broken links on the Wisconsin
Volunteer pages
http://wigenweb.org/volunteer-pages.html I also ran into
broken links there. There are many broken links in the Wisconsin Archives
also. At one time I did send in a list but don't believe they were ever
fixed.
I downloaded the Xenu program and hope to have time soon to try it out on
my sites.

Judy - isn't it a cool tool?
All -
If you find broken links within the WI site - send the URL to the list - and
it will get fixed -
if you find broken links in another WI CC site - send them direct to the
CC - if no response - let Tina or myself know you tried to contact them with
no response.
If you find something - and it says VIRUS - don't go into the site - just
send that link to Tina - so she can coordinate it with rootsweb and the CC -
we don't want to spread anything - and sometimes it is just something goofed
up - but not an actual virus...
We are still in chat - and I will probably be there until 9ish PST -
thanks. R/S MAK

MAK and others-
I went to the link in your (MAK's) email below
http://wigenweb.org/volunteer-pages.html to read the helpful things but
there were alot of broken links, etc. Is it my computer? Con someone else
check and see if it is me and not the web page please?
I used to check my sites for broken links quite often but when I received
your (MAK's) email I realized I hadn't done it in awhile so I will be
getting at it the next few days. Thanks MAK for the reminder.
