Feel free to correct me if I am wrong, Tina, but I believe we cannot
actively solicit funds but we can accept donations as long as it is not for
personal gain.
I know what I have done in the past is if someone wishes to donate to the
site I find out if there is something very specific they are interested in.
Such as a census CD, a book on CD, copying of a directory etc. That way
they aren't donating money, but rather a particular item.
Just the way I do it.
Anyone else do anything differently?

Good Morning...
New day, new question <grin>
Last night I received an email from a Shawano Genweb site researcher who
would like to make a small donation....
It would be nice to accept as it would enable more data to be xerox copied
&
transcribed to the site for everyone to benefit...
Is there a GenWeb Policy on this?
Thanks --- and great idea from Shari on getting the printouts from local
cemeteries!! -- sure looked like it was two keyboards she was using -- <g>
maybe it's time for my eyeglass #6 prescription change!
