Mari,
If you will read the instructions - there are two ways of doing this - with
and without typing letters into the box. THOSE LETTERS ARE NOT REQUIRED ON
MIGENWEB EMAILS.
I am truly sorry that you think so badly of me. Must be I have earned it.
<sigh>
I'll try not to make any more suggestions here.
My apologies to everyone for sending the email.

Hi, Jan.......
I was real excited about this till I saw what's done. If I understand
correctly, a person has to enter the letters into the box before they are
able to use the email address on the site? If so, then this isn't very
user friendly to the low vision and blind people....one of which I am.
I belong to a blind-knitters mailing list. Yes, blind-knitters! You'd be
amazed at their expertise!! It's mind boggling. Problem is, when
confronted with the jumbled letter verification technique, they are left
out of it. Obviously they can't see the letters, and their software that
they use to convert the web pages into Braille can't read it either. So,
unless their spouse, or someone in the household is sighted, they aren't
able to participate.
I don't know how many blind genealogists there are "out there", but there
are many, many seniors, who I'm sure don't see as well as they used
to...including me.
I've campaigned in IAGen to make the pages user friendly to
all...including those with visual problems, I would hope that WIGen would
follow the same road.....
