Waukesha County Probate office has volunteers scanning their older probate files and then
will be sending them off the the WI Historical Society who in turn will be sending them to
Utah to be scanned. I expect the Probate office project to take another year or so to
complete. So don't expect to see Waukesha online at family search for a couple
years.
It is too bad they have to be scanned twice. I guess the state is having enough funding
problems to share with other counties much less non-government agencies.

Wisconsin. This collection includes Green County (1848-1885), Pepin County
(1900-1935), Shawano County (1861-1933) and Trempealeau County (1900-1920).

images -- NO INDEXES... YET!!!
