RE: [WIGEN-L] Deleted Messages on the Message Board at Rootsweb
by Scott and Roxanne Munns
MAK and Anne,
The other thing I've noticed while working on my boards, is that I will get
that message while in the "administrator" mode, but if I go into the boards
as a regular user, it will not give me that message. I figured it had
something to do with the updating that they're doing on the boards, but it
has been this way for quite a while with no changes that I've noticed. So,
generally I work on my boards in regular mode, but then if I have to do some
administrative tasks, switch to that mode.
Roxanne

This is the same thing that was happening on my boards
- when I wrote the help desk - they told me that sometimes it is just a
glitch - a delay in updating - and to try a little later -
If you are the administrator - you can go into Recycle Bin - if it was
deleted - it will be in there and you can restore it.

MAK,
Thanks for the info -- I checked the recycle bin and they weren't
there...good to know they should come back on their own...
Thanks,
Anne
