fix it, before I did two more.

Hi everyone!
January 25 - 26, 2002, the GenTech 2002 Conference is being held in
Boston, MA, and the USGenWeb Project has a double booth. I am
attending, along with Lorraine Sonneberg-Newsome and Holly Timm. We
are looking forward to providing the visitors to the conference
information about the USGenWeb Project and all it has to offer to the
online genealogical community.
This is where, I hope, all of you will play a role. We are hoping
that each State/County/Special Project within the USGenWeb Project
will provide a brochure of it's resources! Many of you participated
last year, and the USGenWeb Project was well represented in Texas. It
is time to put on our creative "hats" again!
I offer as an example, last years WIGenWeb Project's state brochure,
to give you all an idea.

If you wish to produce a brochure to share, MSWord or compatible,
black and white design files are preferred. Please send electronic
copies either Holly Timm hollyft(a)bright.net or Lorraine Sonneberg-
Newsome rainelane(a)earthlink.net. If you wish to provide hard copies
of brochures, contact me, Tina Vickery <TVick65536(a)aol.com> and I will
provide my mailing address. Please forward submissions by Sunday,
January 20, 2002.
If anyone is planning on attending, we would love to hear from you,
and have you join us! We look forward to meeting many USGenWeb
Project volunteers and visitors.

Paula,
No problem including a gen society brochure with a WIGenWeb one... we would
need them sent to us though. All the expenses are being met by myself, Tina
and Sunny so we need to keep copying restricted to actual USGenWeb stuff
<sigh>.
Holly
Paula,
I would be happy to include a Waupaca County Area Genealogical Society
brochure *along with* a Waupaca County WIGenWeb Project Brochure. Contact me

Whew! Thank you so much, Sunny! You are a true life saver - it feels much better
to breathe and that bluish coloring is now going away. Now, can you do anything
about fixing my big purple nose. <VBG>
If you want to send the files to me. I'll check them over and see if any changes
need to be made. Thanks again, Sunny!

Nance,
I think Holly, and/or Sunny can scare up a copy.. and I would imagine that
one of them could send it to you, for any updating that may need to be done.
As for the other issue.. preparing an answer.. stay tuned.

Donna, an electronic copy would be terrific! If you would like to send a
hard copy, I can send you my address.
Thanks,
Tina
I, by no means meant this as a "have to." I just wanted you to be aware that
the event was happening, and that I, among others, are attending. I will
not, in any way shape or form, *ever* discourage the continued effort of all
of you to place data on your sites. If you perceived my message as taking
time away from that, you misinterpreted what I said.
I am very proud of all of the work that each of you do on behalf of the
USGenWeb and the WIGenWeb Project. The work that each of you do is
extraordinary.
I look forward to Boston, and representing WIGenWeb Project to the best of my
ability.
Tina
Oh RITA... I have told everyone about it who will listen. LOL! That just cracked
me up so much. I absolutely loved it! One BIG reason for NOT moving to WI :)

As for this cc, I'd rather continue working on my site adding DATA. I believe the researchers (whom we do this for) will enjoy the data much more than a brochure.

Hi everyone!
Whew, what a busy month for all of us! I trust that your holidays were
merry, and your New Year will be bright and happy! As we "moo"ve into
