BECOMES GRANDAD TO HIS CHILDREN
Man's Marriage to Step-Mother-In-Law complicates Matters.
Dublin, Ind. - The recent marriage of Omer Stant, aged 40, a farmer near
here, and Mrs. Joseph Lamberson, aged 39, of Straughn, has produced an
enigma which will require the skill of a master to unravel. Stant has
taken for his bride his step-mother-in-law. His chief worry is to
determine what he shall call his many complicated relatives.
Stant's former wife was a daughter of his present wife's husband,
Joseph Lamberson, now dead. She had brothers and sisters. Joseph
Lamberson's wife, now the wife of Stant, also had children by a former
marriage before she was married to Lamberson. Children also were born to
Joseph Lamberson and his wife who is now the wife of stant. this made
three sets of children in the family. to all these Stant is now related
directly or indirectly. Berfore his recent marriage Stant was a
step-son-in-law to his present wife
It's cut off there. This was from The Houtzdale Citizen 1930
So is the paper right would he then be grandad to his children?
