Subject: Millers in 1900-
Dear Searchers- after 30 hours in the Salt Lake research center, I
FINALLY LOCATED LUCILE MILLER! In the 1900 Indiana census- Lucile, My
grandmother was born 1898 to Willard and Sarah Miller, Wayne Co.
Richmond area (center township)
* I need somone to look through the dreaded 1910 census for Wayne Co.
and try to read for Willard Miller.-I gave it a shot, but some pages in
Salt lake were unreadable.
There is a Clarke Miller & family- wrong one.
*Willard was born 1857 in Indiana, and worked as a farm laborer.
Sarah was born 1866. IF anyone has the farm records for 1900, and find
mention of Willard, please let me know.
**********
Willard and Sarah had ten children:- listed in the 1900 indiana census:
Mattie H. - b. 1880 {girl}
Willie. E. -b. 1882-also worked as a day laborer
Annie. M. -b. 1885- in school 1900 age 14
James G. - -b. 1887
Carl. G - b. 1890
Herbert B. 1892
Herschell b. 1895
Victor b 1897 Twins
Vernon b.1897 "
Lucile B.1898
That is a long list- any connections would be greatly appreciated. I
saw a mention of Mattie. H. staying with a Levy Miller-grandfather in
1920- could be the grandfather of them all, in a different county.
I have searched for 3 years and this is the first breakthrough I've
had! Any notations will be welcomed with great appreciation! Thanks,
Suzanne
