I believe Mildred is referring to a Mormon branch library. Most areas
make them available to the public and they have excellent genealogical
information. They are called Family History Libraries.
Did you get my e-mail about Williams Petty working for the founder of

FHC Library? only libraries I know of are Morrison-Reeves Library
(the
main county library) and the library at Earlham College.
