Mark's first wife was Francis Mixner, youngest daughter of John Mixner.
She died 22nd March 1863 at Windsor when she was 26 years old. He
started the Saturday Mail and it was lst published in Halifax 1867. In
1869 he moved his office to Windsor. Windsor is 60 miles West (approx)
from Halifax. Also found other Buckleys from Radcliffe in Windsor.
