LOL.. I'm sure he's a relative of Tom Raper of RV fame. I've seen
commercials for that place as far away as Louisville. Of course, here in
the Dayton area, we are barraged with their TV ads all the time!

Yes, we have a family with that name and it is a well known name here.
As far as I know another nice kid with an unfortunate name. The jokes
